Hey! My name is Faith and I’m a 24 year old from Houston now living in NYC. Following my graduation from WashU in St. Louis in 2024 as an unemployed girl with scarily few job prospects, I got the kick up the ass to do all the things I wanted to do including learning French, baking more cakes and starting this blog!

I write about the absolute rollercoaster it is to simultaneously want stability and spontaneity in a crashing economy as a young 20-something who is an enthusiastic dreamer imparted with realism. I am an avid pop-culture consumer, fashion history lover and someone who picks apart marketing campaigns & why they didn't land. In case you were wondering (and I know you were), I’m a Leo sun, Sagittarius moon, Pisces rising, and the oldest daughter to two Nigerian immigrants. I love live music, hate raw sugar snap peas, and I’m itching to travel the world. Amongst other things, in this blog I discuss the struggles of establishing a career in my chosen creative field, what cafes or shows I'm loving, all things fashion related from luxury to secondhand shopping and how to stay full of whimsy in a non-whimsical time; it's a little bit of everything!
